Awana is a nondenominational ministry for children who are age 3 by August 31 and youth through the 12th grade. Awana is a Bible centered program where children and youth can learn about God and His Word, meet new friends, and participate in exciting games. Kingdom Quest at Our Redeemers

Pre-school through 6th grade children are invited to Our Redeemers Church for Kingdom Quest.

Kingdom Quest helps children grow in their relationship with God, and with each other, through kid-friendly music, a Biblical lesson, and fun, age appropriate presentations, activities, and games that allow children to not only grasp God's truth, but also apply it to their lives.

Kingdom Quest will be held Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:45pm beginning September 8th.

Each Wednesday begins with a free family supper starting at 5:40pm, followed by Kingdom Quest, Junior/Senior High Youth Group and Adult Bible Study at 6:30pm.

Calvary Alliance Church AWANA

Starting September 8, 2010, Calvary Alliance Church will be having their AWANA Blast Off from 6:30-8pm. A balloon launch with free pizza and DQ coupons will be part of the blast off.

AWANA is a program for children and youth used around the world, where children gather together to play games, hear Bible stories, learn Bible verses, and earn prizes.

Parents are welcome to stay for the evening or drop their children off for a fun, supervised time.

The McLean County Christian Womens Club meeting "A Heap of Good Deals" on Wed, Sept 8 will be at the Underwood City Hall at 11:30. The feature will be an auction sale with Steve Lee as auctioneer. Quilt, Craft and Culinary Arts Auction

If supporting local ministry is important to you - you need to attend the upcoming Quilt, Craft and Culinary arts Auction at Shepherd's Hill at the Crossroads on September 11. There are three ways you can support this Christian ministry to children and families. 1) Donate a quilt, craft or specialty food item to b auctioned off, or 2) come, bring your friends and buy the donated items on September 11 at Shepherd's Hill at the Crossroads or 3) Do both. Bless the City Day

Bless the City Day is set for Sunday September 12th, where local churches throughout Minot are joining together to be the hands and feet of Jesus by blessing out city in tangible and creative ways.

The public is invited to attend the Bless the City Day Community Praise Rally at the Minot Municipal Auditorium on Sept. 12th at 6:30pm. Dr Rod Spidahl, Lead Pastor at Our Redeemers Church will have a message on what it means to bless our city.
