- No Travel Advised for most of North Dakota

- No Travel Adivsed for most of North Dakota.

- No Travel Advised for the city of Minot

- all non-essential City of Minot offices are closed. The Minot Police Department has issued a No Travel Advisory for the City of Minot. Services such as sanitation, public transit and the Minot International Airport will be closed until further notice. All passengers at the Minot International Airport are asked to contact their respective airlines for cancellations. The terminal will remain open to the public. Other City Offices that will be closed include the Minot Public Library, City Hall, Public Works Administration, and the Minot Municipal Court. The Minot Fire Department, Police Department and Street Department will continue operations.
