No. 2-ranked North Dakota State (7-0, 4-0 MVFC) hosts second-place and 25th-ranked Northern Iowa (4-3, 3-1 MVFC) this Saturday in a Missouri Valley Football Conference battle between two teams each coming off back-to-back wins over Top 10 opponents.

NDSU allowed zero offensive touchdowns and limited Western Illinois to 216 yards of total offense - 253 yards under its season average - en route to a 24-12 home win last week. Northern Iowa down Youngstown State 19-14.

GRAND FORKS, N.D. - The University of North Dakota will open National Collegiate Hockey Conference (NCHC) play as the fourth-ranked team in the country according to both the latest and USA Today/USA Hockey Magazine polls that were released on Monday.

North Dakota held on to its No. 4 ranking after skating to a non-conference split against No. 7/8 Minnesota last weekend in Grand Forks. The Golden Gophers took the opener 2-1 on Friday before UND bounced back with a 4-0 win on Saturday.

Denver topped both polls once again while St. Cloud State garnered first-place votes and grabbed the No. 2 spot in both. Third-ranked Harvard and fifth-ranked Wisconsin rounded out the top five in both polls.

The Fighting Hawks travel to Colorado College to open conference play on Friday and Saturday against the Tigers, who were unranked despite a 4-2-0 start.

PHILADELPHIA - Carson Wentz and the Philadelphia Eagles host the Washington Redskins in a NFC East clash on Monday Night Football. Wentz has had quite the start to the 2017 season, leading the Eagles to a 5-1 record with 13 touchdown passes and only three interceptions.

EAGAN, Minn. (AP) - Construction on the new headquarters for the Minnesota Vikings is about 70 percent complete.
Team officials took reporters on a tour Monday of the Twin Cities Orthopedics Performance Center, which will open in March. The entire organization will have office space there, in addition to state-of-the-art facilities for coaches and players.
Grass on the outdoor practice fields has already been planted, with plans to create a garden on the 40-acre campus to supply farm-to-table-style produce for the cafeteria. The 6,500-seat outdoor stadium will begin hosting high school games next fall. Other unique aspects of the project include a Vikings history museum on the first floor of the sports medicine center that will be accessible to the public. Twin Cities Orthopedics will also have its main office building on site.
