Wrapped in swaddling clothes, lying asleep.
Wrapped in a servant's towel, washing feet.

Wrapped in linen burial cloth, dead in sin.
Wrapped in risen glory, coming again.

EDEN PRAIRIE, Minn. (AP) - Quarterback Sam Bradford and receiver Stefon Diggs will miss the Minnesota Vikings' game against the Green Bay Packers on Sunday because of injuries. Bradford is out with the same knee injury that has bothered him all season and caused him to leave the game last week against Chicago in the second quarter. Diggs is out with a groin injury. The Vikings will also be missing starting left guard Nick Easton because of a calf injury.

MINNEAPOLIS (AP) - The Minnesota Timberwolves have signed free-agent forward Shawne Williams, but he won't be there long.
The Wolves announced the signing on Friday. It's a procedural move because the team intends to waive him on Saturday so that Minnesota's G-League affiliate in Iowa will own his rights. Williams will still be an NBA free agent and will be able to sign with any team in the league. But he will start the season in Iowa as he tries to work his way back.
Williams last played in the NBA in 2014-15 with the Detroit Pistons and Miami Heat. He has also played for the Pacers, Mavericks, Knicks, Nets and Lakers.

HOUSTON (AP) - The American League Championship Series gets started tonight in Houston, with the AL West champion Astros hosting the wild-card Yankees. Dallas Keuchel will start for the Astros and Masahiro Tanaka for the Yankees. The Astros are in the championship series for the first time since 2005. The Yankees' last ALCS appearance was in 2012.
